CANCELLATION POLICY

Your recording time is reserved specifically for you. We appreciate your trust and ask that you adhere to POLEMA's recording policy:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the visit - a penalty of 50% of the cost will be charged.

• We reserve the right to not serve clients who do not notify us of cancellation or miss 2 consecutive visits .
